This policy describes what personal data we process when you use Tend-ix, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have. The processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679/EU) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one.

When you pay, your card details are handled by Revolut's payment page; we have no access to them.
We use a single cookie (tx_s), which is needed for login. It is strictly necessary for the Service, so no separate consent is required. Your language and last settings are kept in your browser's own storage (localStorage); they never reach us. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server, so your browser sends no requests to third parties (for example Google).
We measure traffic without cookies, in aggregate: we store only daily counts (how many visitors, how many page views, which site they came from). To filter out repeat visits within a day, we use a hash made with a key that is regenerated every day and lives only in the server's memory. It is never saved, and the next day nobody can be linked to it (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for advertising.
The Tend-ix analysis is about matches, not about you. We make no automated decisions with legal effects concerning you, and we do not profile you.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; [email protected]; naih.hu), with the data protection authority of your country of residence, or go to court.
The Service is for persons over 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
If this policy changes materially, we notify registered users by email. The current version is always available on this page.
