1. The Provider

• The Provider operates the website on its own device. Network access is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; cloudflare.com).

2. Scope and conclusion of the contract

These terms apply to all users of the Tend-ix website and web application (the Service). The contract is concluded at registration, when the User expressly accepts these Terms. It is a contract concluded by electronic means. It is not a written contract, and the Provider does not file it; the current Terms are always available on this page. The Hungarian version of these Terms is legally binding; this English text is a translation. The Provider has not subscribed to any code of conduct.

3. The Service

Tend-ix is an analysis tool that runs in the browser. The User enters the current state of a live football match (for example the minute, the score, the number of corners). For that state, the Service returns an automated statistical analysis based on data from past matches: an expected final value, a range, probabilities, and, if the User enters odds, a comparison.

The Service is not betting advice and does not guarantee winnings. The results are estimates based on historical frequencies; real outcomes may differ. The Provider is not a betting operator: it does not take, arrange or broker bets. Whether and how much the User bets is solely the User's decision and responsibility.

The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over. By registering, the User declares this.

4. Registration and account

• Registration requires a real email address that the User can access, and a password of at least 8 characters.
• The account is personal. It may not be transferred or shared. The User is responsible for keeping the password secret.
• If the password is forgotten, the User can request a new one at the customer service email address. The password can be changed at any time on the My account page.

5. Free trial

After registration, the User may use the Service free of charge for 7 days. No card is required for the trial. The trial simply ends and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. One trial per person.

6. Subscription and fees

• Monthly subscription: HUF 2,990 or €7.99 / month. Yearly subscription: HUF 29,990 or €79.90 / year. The User may pay in forints or in euros. The price shown in the chosen currency is the final amount payable; the Provider does not convert between the currencies and charges no exchange-rate difference.
• Founder price: the first 100 paying subscribers pay a reduced price (HUF 1,990 or €5.49 / month, or HUF 19,900 or €54.90 / year). It remains valid as long as the subscription continues without interruption. If a lapsed subscription is restarted, the regular price applies.
• Payment: with Revolut, to the Provider's Revolut tag @attila1411 (revolut.me/attila1411; the link also accepts bank cards). After paying, the User notifies the Provider by email using the pre-filled message on the My account page. The Provider activates the subscription manually, usually within 24 hours. The subscription period starts on activation.
• The subscription covers the paid period (monthly: 31 days, yearly: 365 days). If the User chose recurring payment, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the period. The User can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• The Provider may change the fees for the future. Existing subscribers are notified by email at least 30 days before the change. The new fee applies only from the next period, and until then the User may cancel.
• The Provider issues an invoice for each payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

A User who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of its conclusion, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). A clear statement sent to the customer service email address is sufficient, for example:

"I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded for the Tend-ix subscription. Name: … · Account email: … · Date of order: … · Date: …"

If the User expressly requested that the paid service start before the withdrawal period expires, the User pays a fee proportionate to the service provided until the withdrawal. The Provider refunds the remaining amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method. This clause does not apply to the free trial, as nothing is paid for it.

8. Availability and conformity

The Provider strives to keep the Service continuously available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is carried out, where possible, at night or when no matches are being played. The Provider regularly updates the database behind the analysis. In case of defective performance, the User has the rights set out in the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.). If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours for reasons attributable to the Provider, the subscription is extended by that time at the User's request.

9. Liability

The Provider is not liable for decisions the User makes based on the Service's results (in particular bets), or for their financial consequences. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to damage to life, physical integrity or health.

10. Rules of use, intellectual property

The Service, the tables, the texts, the logo and the software are the Provider's intellectual property. It is prohibited to:

• download the data or tables in bulk by automated means;
• pass them on, publish them, or use them in another service;
• share the account;
• disrupt the Service or circumvent its protection.

11. Termination

The User may delete the account at any time on the My account page, or request deletion at the customer service email address. On deletion, any remaining subscription time is lost, unless the User withdraws under section 7. If the User seriously breaches these Terms (for example by sharing the account or bulk downloading), the Provider may suspend or terminate the account. For minor breaches, a prior warning is given. If the Provider discontinues the Service, it refunds prepaid, unused fees on a pro-rata basis.

12. Complaints and remedies

Complaints can be sent to the customer service email address. The Provider replies in writing, with reasons, within 30 days, and keeps the complaint and the reply for five years. If the complaint cannot be settled, a consumer may turn to:

• the conciliation board competent for their place of residence or for the Provider's registered office (for the Provider's registered office: [NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE COMPETENT CONCILIATION BOARD]);
• the consumer protection authority (the competent county or Budapest government office);
• a court.

13. Other provisions

The Provider may amend these Terms. Registered Users are notified of material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect. The contract is governed by Hungarian law. For matters not covered here, the Hungarian Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) apply.
